We are excited to offer a program that will keep you inspired for a full month of yoga, tips, workshops, compassion, gratitude and acceptance at the studio.
Spring Forward int the month of APRIL is about returning to your yoga mat, in mind body, and soul!
What is this challenge all about?
The first month of the program will create a huge change in your understanding of your mind, body & spirit. Ayurveda translates to the “ the knowledge of life” or the “science of life” this is not a new approach to living, its been around for thousands of years, and our studio owner Esperanza is currently doing her Ayurveda Health Coach training, she has been passionate about it since 2015 when hosting her first Ayurveda & Yoga retreat in Villa Ananda Mexico.
Aligning with the seasons and our Pachamama!
We are constantly changing as the weather does! and the seasons move from spring to summer, and summer to fall, ending the cycle in winter time and restarting again. Our body and mind constitution changes as well. Join us on this journey of discovery and Swadhyaya, the study, knowledge, and discovery of the 'Self'.
For that, we must listen and find a quiet moment; so we can notice and be aware of that; we can change, adapt, and evolve inside us.
In the month of APRIL we want to invite you to ground and connect to the energy of Mother earth.

You can choose to attend 1 workshop (included in your membership) and join as many classes as you want to attend!

At the studio, we have a registration system called Mind Body. This registration system allows you to create a profile and an account with us. Once you register, you can pay and register for all the classes via the Mind Body app. We also count on a registration system via your PC or computer, and don’t worry if you are not a techy person; we will be happy to pre-register you at the front desk for all our classes.
WHY pre-register?
Our boutique yoga studio has been open for 10 years and we want to be able to save a spot for you when you come to our classes. We can accommodate only 10 yogis per class plus our teacher. :) We recommend you pre-register so you avoid any disappointments!
The consecutive months May, June and July will offer a Summer Detox program and workshops every month to continue to support your journey!

Psoas is a long, thick muscle that runs from the front of the lower spine through the pelvis and attaches to the femur (thigh bone)—often called a “hip flexor” because it is responsible for flexing the hip or lifting the foot from the floor. But this muscle plays a more significant role as it is paramount regarding functional movements, breathing, and supporting our emotional states.

Remember, muscles don’t all of a sudden become tight! The nervous system governs the tension in any muscle, in this 90 min workshop we will learn how unconscious to us, the nervous system can tighten certain muscle groups based on specific postures held for long periods or repetitively, like sitting or standing with the knees hyperextended.
This workshop is an opportunity to connect with our yoga community and expand physically and emotionally.
Thai massage is a full-body massage that uses yoga-like poses, acupressure, and stretching to promote relaxation and flexibility. It’s a traditional form of Thai medicine that’s been practiced for thousands of years, Leslie is also finishing her acupuncture studies which makes it even more attuned with your body / health.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24 -hour notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24- hour will result in a cancellation fee of 50% =$60
Come join us for a special Mother's Day Retreat at Freezer Fitness! This event is all about celebrating the divine feminine energy within all of us. Take a break from your busy schedule and treat yourself to a day of relaxation, self-care, and connection with other amazing women. Our retreat includes opening circle, a Pilates and Yoga ( piyo practice) lunch, and art/journaling time, followed by yoga nidra and a sound bath.
A Sound Bath is a modern name for the practice of Nada (Sound) Meditation that immerses a person in sounds mimicking the Anahata Nada, the Unstruck Sound.
Bells, gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other traditional Indian instruments are attempts to recreate its beauty.
The old text of The Hatha Yoga Pradipika extols Nadanusandhana (Listening the Unstruck Sound) as the chief form of Samadhi (Meditation) that will lead a person to full relaxation and clarity.
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practice that induces a state of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness. It’s a style of yoga that involves lying down and relaxing to achieve a deep state of sleep while remaining consciously aware Please bring as many props as you need to create maximum comfort

10 am Welcome and Opening Circle
11:30 am Lunch and/ or optional $20 Ice Bath
12:15 Art and Journaling Expression ( work on sankalpa)
12:30 Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath
