If you have any injuries please inform your instructors before entering the studio room, we recommend arriving at the barn or our zoom room 15 minutes before class.

We are excited to have you practice in our little space:) please make sure to ask any questions before class, and we will make sure that you have the best experience with your yoga practice, email us: at hotyogabarn@gmail.com or call (view our contact info on the top right corner of our website)

There is a lot of styles of yoga around the world (power, Buti, Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Jivamukti, Hot, Yin, chair & ying-yang yoga)  and they are all amazing in their own way and we are all different, that is why we love to have a multidisciplinary yoga schedule with different educators.

At the yoga barn, we focus ourselves on keeping yoga accessible, taking care of our mind-body, and learning how to transition in a safe way for everyone in all classes. We offer modifications and adjustments in the different asanas (postures) to our students, we are all different and yoga can be personalized to everybody type, that is the greatest thing about having a certified yoga instructor in the room, even nowadays with our zoom modality *online yoga and OUTDOOR YOGA CLASSES.

We have to remind you that “Yoga is about following the inner voice of your body and learning to respect it and honor it” In the end, we only have 1 body!  be patient with it your practice since we all move in a different way and everyone’s physical complexion is not the same.

Esperanza called Espe by everyone in the community is our studio Manager/Owner together with Rosemary our receptionist, and all our yoga teachers will be happy to answer any questions regarding your first visit to the studio.

A true workout! If you like to dance, love moving your body, connecting with your breathing, and getting your heart pumping! The difference between the Buti yoga to the Buti + bands is that we just add an exercise band to create more resistance.

BUTI® BANDS is a HIIT-based resistance training workout targeted to LIFT + SHAPE your BOOTY while toning + strengthening the hips. Bands are utilized during high-intensity intervals to challenge the body through all planes of motion while targeting the hips and booty through lateral engagement. During low-intensity intervals, students move through static yoga poses to release the muscle group targeted during the high-intensity interval, at the studio, we add a bit of heat so you can sweat and make this practice a bit more spicy for you!!!
