Directions to the studio:
From Hanover: Drive North to Bruce Road 22 (10-4 junction where the Shell Petrol station is) and turn left.
Drive until you see first road on right hand side, which is Marl Lakes Road. take the right hand turn.
On Marl Lakes Road you will be looking again for the first road on your right side, which is Lake Rosalind Road #1.
Continue down Lake Rosalind Road #1 and look for the fire number 131. There is also a little green arrow with yoga written on it.
LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
In order for everyone to get the very most out of their experience with us, we ask that you please familiarize yourself with our Late Cancellation & No Show Policy below. This only applies to our in-studio classes, not our virtual classes.
PRE-REGISTRATION
Pre-registration is available starting 7 days in advance and up to 30 minutes before class starts. If you pre-register for class, you are guaranteed a spot provided you arrive on time. Latecomers are not permitted. Pre-registration is required for all classes.
CLASS RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation online as early as possible – avoid leaving this to the last minute. Doing this allows someone who is waitlisted to be confirmed in the class. You can cancel up to 4 hours before class starts with no penalty. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to check our email in time, so please cancel your reservation online only.
LATE CANCELLATION & NO SHOW CHARGE
You can still “late cancel” less than 4 hours before class begins – your account will still be charged, but at least we get a heads up that you won’t be coming, so we can give the spot away to someone else. Everyone will be charged a class for a late cancelation. If we cannot process the charge to your credit card on file then we will take away a class from your current pass instead.
Failing to cancel your reservation at all will result in a “No Show” and a full class out of your pass. If something beyond your control happens, please don’t hesitate to reach out and let us know via email, and we will not charge the fee. Please note that No Show fees apply to everyone INCLUDING UNLIMITED PASS HOLDERS. COST FOR NO SHOW IS A FULL CLASS $18.
WAITLIST
If the online pre-registration is full, you can register for the waitlist. This is only for online pre-registration. If someone cancels up one hour before class begins, the next person on the waitlist will be bumped in (and should receive an email letting them know). Emails may come up to one hour before class begins, so keep an eye on your Inbox (the email address that you use to login to your account with us is the one to watch!).
You are responsible for managing your waitlist reservations. If you are on the waitlist, but you reach a point when you’d be unable to come to class even if you were bumped in, pleas CANCEL your waitlist reservation.
