“You are the storehouse of your totality.” – Yogi Bhajan. Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is the yoga of awareness. The awareness is that you are everything thing you need, infinite and as vast as the universe that surrounds you. We are part of the cosmic dance, not separate from it. Through movement, pranayama(breath control), mudra(hand positions), mantra, meditation and community we learn to remember and connect with the beauty of the miracle which is our life.

Kundalini Yoga works on removing the subconscious blocks that create dis-ease in our life, so that we can flow with all that the human experience has to offer, good and bad, from a place of understanding and wisdom rather than from fear, scarcity and reactivity. Kundalini is about awakening your human potential, your consciousness and your energy. Come feel alive and okay about who you are and where you are in your life.

All levels of experience are welcome in classes. Come join this non-competitive and inclusive environment in which to do your practice and connect with self. Students are instructed to work at their own level and pace. Modifications are always given in class, so everyone experiences the success of their efforts. Students are encouraged to trust themselves, to trust their intuition and their abilities! Please bring yoga mats and cushions to sit on for your comfort. See you in class.
